Pathways Project 17 11th - 21st Aug Opening Sat 13th Aug, 3 to 5pm Photography collective Project 17 presents Pathways, an extensive and diverse collection of photographs and video. Through Pathways each photographer follows their own direction, exploring concepts as far ranging as identity, dance, mental health, dystopia and memory. |
This exhibition showcases and celebrates the difference in a world where conformity and conventionality can be overwhelming. While for some diversity and change can be seen as harmful and negative, this Project 17 exhibition aims to counter that view and empower and inspire though a journey of our shared voices.

Invisible Words: the semaphore of skin Grace Pundyk 21st July - 7th Aug Opening Sat 23rd July, 3 to 5pm Invisible Words: the semaphore of skin' is a reflection on haunting and mourning the silenced other. Inspired by found letters written by the artist’s Polish grandmother, who was deported to and died in Siberia in the 1940s, this work incorporates video, photography, and artefacts of skin sourced from marsupial roadkill to articulate the immeasurable of a hidden family wound. |

Artists, on the other hand, select and mix colours solely or in combinations to create particular desired effects and sensations. Artists experience colour directly and intimately - in the past through powder pigments transformed into oil or acrylic paint – now in a variety of media.
